Sheri Green

A Dedicated teacher for thirty-two years whose vision and love for dance includes an accomplished background instructing all levels of students, from recreational to professional.

Sheri originates from Alberta where she trained from a young age in Ballet, Tap, Jazz and Musical Theatre including years as a performer. Sheri’s is owner/ director/ instructor of Stages in Cranbrook, BC for over twenty years. She has been teaching the A.D.A.P.T. syllabus since 1993 and Stages School of Dance holds qualified studio status with Associated Dance Arts for Professional Teachers. Sheri is a Certified ADAPT Teacher and was given the great honour of becoming an Examiner for the ADAPT Syllabus. She is a registered teaching member of the Royal Academy of Dance and holds a Certificate of Higher Education Dance Teaching from the Royal Academy of Dance and the University of Durham, UK. Sheri is a Registered Acrobatique AcroDance Instructor, she is also registered with the Canadian Shotokan Karate association and is a Karate instructor with Cranbrook Shotokan Karate.

Sheri continues to expand her education by taking courses and attending workshops throughout Canada and the US Sheri enjoys teaching workshops and adjudicating at festivals, competitions across Canada. Her love of children combined with her passion for dance is the driving forces that empower her students to find their own motivation and strive for their personal best!
