INSTRUCTIONS

Please complete the form below to request an exam date – an ADAPT representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details of your examination (incl. number of groups needed, exam fees, time needed, etc.).

NOTE: While dancers are not required to meet the “Recommended Age(s)” listed below, we have provided these as a guideline to assist teachers in planning their examinations.

Advanced Examinations: To participate in the Advanced Examinations, candidate’s must meet a prerequisite of successfully completing their Intermediate 3 exams.

A receipt will be sent to the e-mail address indicated below.

A deposit is required to hold your date. The deposit fee is $350 per exam day.
