Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. My time in year one T.T.S. has been more than I could have hoped for. I am leaving year one with a renewed confidence in my ability to educate my students in a way that will be beneficial to them in dance and life for years to come. ADAPT is much more than a booklet of exercises. It is a tool of discipline, memory work, strength, conditioning and safe training.
